- Special guests from the Washington State Archives discussed their involvement in the Aberdeen Museum fire in June of 2018.
- Acceptance of minutes from the December 10, 2018 meeting were approved with 2 changes.

- Inventory and directions for JoBoxes were updated and posted to SHERN website.

Meeting adjourned and group was given a tour of the disaster planning efforts by the Seattle Municipal Archives/City Records Management Program.

- Tabletop exercise, “Flooding Scenario at the Azalea Historical Society,” adapted from Seattle Heritage Responders was led by Stephanie Lamson.
Archivist Jonathan King, gave a tour and overview of the NW Kidney Centers archives and museum.
